Absolutely! We are able to custom engrave a date, name, or a saying on to the board or the wooden boxes to make a beautiful sentimental gift.

This is only offered to our instore customers for a small extra charge for an unforgettable gift!

After October, we’re finished with craft shows for the year and back to our busy Christmas season! We’ll be back at shows in Spring 2027.

We offer a full refund or exchange on returned items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

• By Mail:

Return your item using the courier of your choice. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you. Any price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.

We do not offer discounts or promo codes. We’re proud to say that we have worked hard to keep our prices the same for over 15 years, while continuing to handcraft our games here in Canada!

•  We do offer one shipping cost, no matter how many games you purchase in the same order.
• We also occasionally have discounted games with minor imperfections available in-store ONLY, while supplies last. (You are best to call and ask what’s in the bin as it changes daily)

Orders are typically shipped within the same week they are placed. There are detailed dates on the website when ordering of when your package will be packaged, shipped, and delivered. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

After your order leaves our shop, the courier is responsible for delivery and any delays that may occur. If you have questions about your shipment after it has been sent, please contact the courier directly using your
tracking information.

Shipping prices vary depending on location. Typically, across Canada it is around $10-$30 depending on province and rural location. This shipping charge is based on the couriers’ rates- for a more accurate price please proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping address to have the 3 courier rates available.

(we suggest UPS as they have the quickest and most reliable service).

No, we unfortunately do not offer express shipping. If your order needs to ship as soon as possible, please give us a call with your order number and we will do our best to get it there for your needed date.
